This weekend the pipes broke on the 8th/9th floor and sewage leaked all the way down to the lobby. Leaked onto the third floor from a light right outside my door. My whole apartment smells like sewage, not to mention the hallways and the lobby. I heard this has happened before (albeit not as bad). R0aches everywhere. Do not move in here. Also they started construction outside my window a few weeks after I moved in (6 months ago) and I have not had natural light in my apt. ever since. Good location does not make up for all the other problems.

Cons: R0aches, leaking pipes, endless construction
